Effective date: 16/02/2026. These Terms govern your use of Cricprocess services, website, and reports.
1) Service description
Cricprocess provides biomechanics-led video analysis for cricket fast bowling. We generate coaching reports and insights based on videos/images and athlete metadata submitted by coaches, academies, athletes, or guardians.
2) Eligibility and accounts
- You must provide accurate information when submitting content for analysis.
- If the athlete is a minor, a parent/guardian or authorised academy representative must provide permission to submit content.
3) User responsibilities (footage and permissions)
- You confirm you have the right to upload, share, and request analysis of the submitted videos/images and related information.
- You confirm you have obtained any necessary permissions from the athlete and/or guardian.
- You agree not to upload unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights.
4) Outputs, coaching use, and no medical advice
Cricprocess outputs are designed for coaching and training support. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for professional medical, physiotherapy, or clinical guidance. You remain responsible for training decisions, workload management, and athlete safety.
5) Accuracy limitations
Analysis quality depends on video angle, lighting, frame rate, camera stability, and visibility of key body landmarks. We do not guarantee that every metric or insight will be available for every submission.
6) Intellectual property and ownership
Cricprocess IP: Cricprocess retains all rights in its software, scoring systems, templates, workflows, report formats, and underlying methods.
Your content: You retain rights to the videos/images you submit (subject to the permissions you grant us to operate and deliver the service).
Report usage: We grant you a non-exclusive license to use the delivered reports internally for coaching and athlete development. You may share reports with the athlete, authorised coaches, and academy staff. Commercial resale, public posting, or redistribution of reports is not allowed without written permission.
7) Confidentiality and privacy
We handle personal data according to our Privacy Policy and Media/Consent Policy. We do not use identifiable athlete content publicly without explicit consent from the athlete or guardian.
8) Pricing, payment, and refunds
Pricing may vary by program, academy, volume, and scope. Where payment is required, it must be made as agreed before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds: If a submission cannot be processed due to technical reasons on our side, we may offer a reprocessing option or a refund/credit at our discretion. No refunds are provided for issues caused by poor video quality, incorrect uploads, or incomplete information.
9) Suspension and termination
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate service where content is unlawful, infringes rights, violates these Terms, or creates risk to Cricprocess or users.
10) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cricprocess is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of performance outcomes, injuries, or missed selection. Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
